Cockroach Labs Branding

Cockroach Labs is a startup company in the tech world creating an innovative database. With the product well established, the brand identity needed to match the power of the product. The goal when branding Cockroach Labs was to modernize the logo while creating a brand identity that balanced friendliness and enterprise.

The solution was to re-assess and modernize the typeface of the wordmark, establish a color scheme that can be recognizable to Cockroach Labs and explore an illustration style that is unique to the brand. The result was an increase in webinar signups, increase in digital ad engagement and a re-vamped homepage design.
